Well, lately I've been doing a bit of modelling, and can't find many images on the internet to use as reference images. Sometimes, there's ways around it, but others, it just gets difficult to find anything and to make an accurate model. So, I was wondering if we could make a reference image gallery, just by looking on the internet for good views of pieces we need for the next year, and then someone who has the piece takes pictures if we can't find anything on the internet. It would greatly speed up modelling and would be very handy to have. Anyone want to try putting this together? We could just do something on Flickr or Brickshelf so we don't clog the forums with pictures.

Re: Reference Image Gallery?
I could make a Brickshelf account for the pictures, seeing as other people have stuff in theirs and the images might get in the way.

Re: Reference Image Gallery?
Just a B:NG account would be fine, and if we do it on Brickshelf, we can organize it well, into year, type, etc.
By the way, if anyone has an adaptive Miru Nuva (Lewa Phantoka's mask), I need some images of it.

this is what I've used in the past: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=393720
there's bound to be at least a couple good pics of what you're modeling.

Re: Reference Image Gallery?
That does help with simple things like armor that's on the outside, but with me modelling the mata torso, I couldn't find any decent images that were mostly unobstructed. It does help with the miru though, thanks!
